PROGRAM OVERVIEW

With the support of investors and stakeholders, we will purchase and retrofit mid-century bungalows in communities across the Greater Toronto Area, creating a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). These bungalows will be re-designed to meet stringent sustainability targets, while being outfitted with the latest smart technology.
